He gets ALL the credit. Big people do!

My paper has just recent been accepted. You can all have a look. It is here.

FYI, this, has been my hard work over the 4 years. And i push myself to the limit. That was the hard time when i have been living on the lowest ground of my life. All those struggling.

And my boss suddenly ask for the paper and he said he wanted to put it in the KM PORTAL. Means it is one of his KPI. And he get paid RM1k per paper i must say.

MEANS: he took the credit of ALL my hard-butt-hurting-work of four years. JUST LIKE THAT!
What more i could say and do. Being overwork underpaid and get bullied by my boss. I know that he hold all the aces but come on.. Im on the verge now. A lil more and i could be snapped!

Ironically, he said that as a muslim, one must understand Islam wholeheartedly. But it is obvious that you dont practise what you preach.

Considering advices from people around me. Im gonna hang in there. In the mean time, Im gonna keep my nose to the grindstone.
